[Updates from The Writer's Desk]

I am excited to announce my next novel entitled Mistakes I Made During the Zombie Apocalypse, due out in late Spring of 2014! The book follows 17-year old Ian in a backwards journey of his poor decisions that have led him to be alone, stuck in a closet and dying from hunger. It’s the anti-survival guide that just might keep you alive!

The working cover is below. It isn’t set in stone, but I love the emptiness and the weight of the words on his shoulders.

I am in talks with a publisher to bring this novel to a wider market. This is my first foray into the YA world, but I believe the book will appeal to older readers as well.
